Altitude: 1700 - 1800 meters

Process: Washed

Fermentation: 24 hours dry, washing, 12 hours dry before washing and final soak

Drying: Skin beds for 12 - 24 hours before raised bed drying for up to 10 days

Varieties: SL28, SL34

Tasting notes: Blackberry, green grape, sweet citrus, whole clove, juicy

Carrier coffee is roasted to order and shipped every Monday.
